Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Singapore has recently revamped their weekend dimsum brunch by offering new items such as Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings with Truffles and a Kong Bak Pau live station alongside old favorites like Braised Whole Abalone with Pearl Mushroom in Abalone Sauce and Deep-fried Prawns in Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce.
The price remains the same but there is now an option to top up for free-flowing alcoholic beverages.
Diners still get to choose between premium items such as the Chef’s recommendation of Double-boiled Mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall or Braised Whole Abalone with Pearl Mushroom in Abalone Sauce (one serving of choice per person). The new live station includes unlimited servings of Braised Pork Belly and Braised Mapo Bean Gluten with Aubergine which can be paired with your preferred choice of freshly steamed or fried bun.
Dim sum lovers can look forward to savouring authentic Cantonese flavours with new and signature handcrafted creations such as the fragrant Steamed Vegetarian Dumplings with Truffle Oil, crisp and flavourful Fried Savoury Dumplings with Dried Shrimps, Minced Chicken and Assorted Mushrooms, and Pan-fried Rice Flour Rolls with Dried Scallops in Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce.
Aside from dimsum, there’s also a carefull curated selection of ala carte items like Sautéed Diced Beef with Pine Mushrooms in Honey Pepper Sauce, Nyonya Wok-fried Prawns with Superior Soya Sauce and Chilli and the nourishing Drunken Chicken with Mushrooms and Chinese Herbs.
Among these, signature dishes such including Steamed Prawn Dumplings, Barbecued Honey-glazed Pork and Roasted Duck, Deep-fried Prawns in Wasabi Mayonnaise Sauce, Cantonese Braised Beef Brisket and Tendon, and Sweet and Sour Pork Shoulder will ensure you leave the brunch experience with a full stomach.
I mentioned earlier that there’s now a free-flow alcohol option to go along with the brunch. Hai Tien Lo serves Laurent-Perrier Champagne, house wines and beers to pair with the dishes.
The Weekend Dim Sum Brunch Buffet is available every Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 11:30am to 2:30pm. It is priced at SGD128 per adult, including unlimited Laurent-Perrier Champagne, house wines, beers, juices and soft drinks; SGD98 per adult including unlimited house wines, beers, juices and soft drinks and SGD68 per adult, SGD38 per child (six to 11 years old) excluding drinks.
