Four Seasons Singapore and L’Occitane are having a one-of-a-kind collaboration from 13th to 19th of March 2017. The property is highlighting the beauty of Provence through spa and cuisine by bringing in Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jerome Roy from the Le Couvent des Minimes Hotel & Spa L’Occitane in Mane en Provence in France to whip up exquisite dishes using natural components such as lavender, almond and Immortelle flowers – the same ingredients found throughout L’Occitane’s personal care line. For a special price, guests can also enjoy a day at the spa with a soothing massage or facial treatment to complement the sumptuous dinner.
Guests can sign up for the following packages:
Lunch (Market Fresh Semi-Buffet)
I wrote about One Ninety’s fantastic semi-buffet a few months ago which featured quite a number of fresh appetizers in a buffet spread plus the choice to have one entrée. From the 13th to 19th of March, diners will get an extra treat as the spread (and mains) will feature Chef Jerome’s creations.
Prices:
$46++ excluding entree
$58++ including entree
Dinner (3-courses with Wine Pairing)
Diners can customize their own 3-course dinner by choosing from an array of appetizers, main course and desserts created by Chef Jerome. There is also an option to top-up with a glass of wine to go along each course.
Prices:
$98++ dinner only
$138++ dinner plus wine pairing
Spa Package (60 or 90 minute facial or massage plus 3-course lunch)
The best value component in this promotion, the Spa Package enables guests to book their very own facial or massage experience at the Four Seasons Spa with a 3-course lunch thrown in. A quick glance at the spa menu shows that the 60 minute procedures are already priced at $165 minimally which makes the 3-course lunch quite a compelling option if you decide to have a midday meal prepared by a Michelin-starred chef at One Ninety after (or before) the treatment.
I had the opportunity to experience the Four Seasons Spa through a 90-minute men’s facial. Compared to other spa encounters, Four Seasons differs in two ways. First of all, there is a deliberate effort to use only natural ingredients made from herbs so the products are not too harsh on the skin. Second, one of the unique points during the procedure is the placement of not one but two masks on the face. Gently placed one after the other, the masks serve to moisturize, firm up the skin and clear up wrinkles.
Prices
$199++ for 60 minute massage or facial plus 3-course lunch
$265++ for 90 minute massage or facial plus 3-course lunch
